I came across this article on CustomersAreAlways, titled Service Wows. It talks about the experience of being awed by someone's customer service and how rare it is. After reading this I got thinking about my own experiences and I honestly can't think of a time in recent memory that I was wowed by what I experienced.
There is allot of talk on the net, especially in the blogosphere, about an experience economy. This means the customer experience rules.
As individuals its easy to say that this company's customer service sucks, or that marketer is a jerk BUT when was the last time that you considered the service that you provide?
Do you wow the consumers that you come into contact with?
